Divoram, the Storm Rider

In all of Parnath, there are few wizards more burdened than Divoram. When he and his brother Volos became students at the arcane academy, they were the only half-elves amongst the human nation, and were subjected to ridicule and prejudice from their classmates. Divoram learned to take the insults without flinching, but Volos was consumed with hatred, and in his quest to prove himself, Volos became a terrible necromancer reviled the world over. After Volos' death, Divoram was harshly scrutinized and restricted, the mages fearful that the necromancer's brother might turn on them as well. Divoram's patience won out in the end though, and after 15 years of building trust, he was finally recognized for his abilities, and was admitted to the Archmages' Council. Now, as the Master begins his tournament to decide the fate of the world, Divoram volunteered to lead Parnath to victory, both for the good of the country and to finally prove his good intentions to the world.
